Trying to push away our emotional distress can throw us into “cognitive shock” that turns our mind into a muddle. Here we’ll share five simple questions to help us cut through confusion: 1) What’s going on right now? 2) Can I see this as my path? 3) What is my most believed thought? 4) What is this? 5) Can I let this experience just be? On Fear

Like a compass for a healthy mind,  fear helps us recognize that we are in a bardo. Such recognition provides security. We do not know where we are, what is happening or how long this insecurity will last. When we can face this truth, that we do not know, we actually contact our knowing capacity – not knowledge of facts, but the ability to know. This capacity is what we must hold on to when all else fails us. Knowing fear as a friend and ally helps us to face it as it arises.

If a person regards sickness as an enemy, then his body has no working basis to be well. He thinks his body is invaded by enemies and he goes to the doctor to get rid of these foreigners occupying his castle. And once that’s taken care of , it’s all over. So no relationship is established. There has to be more emphasis on creating an atmosphere of help. Sickness is a message, and it can be cured if the right situation is created.

Our 3rd anniversary birthday party turned out to be a very good moment to share our experiences throughout all these years! We enjoyed seeing that some of our goals have been achieved but above all the excellent tools and resources we have got since we started working on this recovery process! Everybody felt very happy to keep growing and learning!
