Reading the last issue of the magazine “Psychology Today”, I’ve come across an interesting article about “Perfectionism”, from the book: Nations of Wimps” by Hara Estroff Marano and I think it could be very interesting to work on it. I’d like to hear opinions! Isabel

There´s a difference betwenn excellence and perfection. Excellence involves enjoying what you do. Perfection means not being satisfied- no matter what.
Visiting this blog, I’ve remembered the first time I read the book: “The Artist’s Way” by Julia Cameron and how much it helped me to overcome my creative blocks. I read it in Spanish though, as I didn’t know about this opportunity to work on creativity in English. Very interesting!

Hi Isabel!
I agree with you it could be a very and deep work. I want to be less a perfectionist. Probably I would live more relaxed. Ana
