Reading my morning pages I realized that with this creative process it was the first time I have thought about myself, how many times I have given up my needs, my priorities, my wishes, my projects…etc for others, or so I thought.
Now I understand how many times I prefer to give the priorities to others not to be in contact with myself.
I feel a lot of gratitude to have come across the artist´s way. I have discovered a new way to see myself,
my life, and the others. I am ready to go on exploring this everlasting recovery path, witch makes me remember Joan Manuel Serrat phrase:
“Caminante no hay camino…se hace camino al andar…”

I have visited your page and I’m very enthusiatic to be able to share different points of view about “creativity”. Currently, our group “Talking Hats” is working on Buddhist’s books, which help us go on growing in the recovery path.
Let’s keep in touch! Good luck! Lizzette
Thanks for your comment Liz!:)
The phrase you cite is from the much anthologized poem “Cantares” by the Spanish poet Antonio Machado (1875-1939). Serrat set it to music.
Thank you narayan for the explanation! Really I didn´t know it.
